Food Envy

Each time I eat something delicious I will post a picture if it. Enjoy.

  1. That looks yummy!! What kind of sauce is that? God, I miss wraps...I can't wait until this cleanse is over! But you'd asked on my blog if a vegetarian could pull off the same cleanse. Of course you could!! The most challenging part for me isn't the food I get to eat, but the no caffeine, no alcohol, no sugar rule. I'm super-craving a cupcake. :-) Give it a try! You could start out with just one week if you want. The juice fast part is only one day a week, and I'm only doing it until dinnertime, and then I'm coming out of the fast with light solid food, like steamed veggies.

P.S. I'm not a natural redhead. It's dyed. :-) My real color is poop brown. But thanks!!

  2. I think I would seriously die lol. You have a lot of will power! I'm snacker, I constantly eat although I do eat small portions. I need to find me a good juicer. I another question: Do you gain the weight back once you start eating normally again.

The sauce is trader joe's balsamic vinegar.

    1. Hey! I just saw your comment on my blog, and if you have more questions, feel free to email me at bphillips[at]memphisflyer[dot]com....I'll answer them all! :-)

As for weight, I haven't actually lost much on the cleanse. Maybe a pound or two, but I'm not trying to lose weight so I've been eating lots of healthy fats, like avocado, coconut oil, and flax oil. If you wanted to lose weight on the cleanse, however, you could easily cut back on the healthy fats and I bet that would do the trick.
